Hey!
This is earth-shattering...
It ruined my show!!
I was singing "Forever Autumn" by Justin Hayward and clicked the "Autumn Forest" preset.
The whole stage turned pink and white!
The audience laughed and all walked out
Obviously this did not happen but just to point out that sometimes (2 out of my 4 projects) the Autumn Forest preset is pink and white rather than autumn colours...
I demand a refund
Could you please attach a copy of your project file(s) so that we can take a look at what's going on here? To do this:
- Connect your controller to WTOOLS
- Go to Projects > Backup
- Once your projects are backed up, you can now right click on the one(s) with the issue then press 'Export to my computer'
- Compress the file(s) to a .zip format, then attach it to your response on this thread
I believe the issue here is due to the static colours setup in this particular project, I'm not entirely sure what or why this is causing the behaviour- but I've reported it to be looked into.
In the meantime- I have made some adjustments which should keep the audience in the venue next time
Thanks willm.
I will have a play with static colours next week but can't immediately see the link.
One thing I note, is that there is an error in the official profile for the Equinox Super Boogie.
This stems from the user manual being wrong.
All WHITE channels are in fact AMBER.
The fixture is RGBA and NOT RGBW.
Could this have anything to do with it?
I am unsure how the presets are generated, but it is at least worth noting...
I have a similar color combination with the Autumn Forest preset - mostly no color and one group is coral, which seems kinda random but cool lol. I chalked it up to no telling what you might get with the multitude of fixture possibilities out there. The AI presets are fun to play with though.

Lee.
Hi Lee,
I've just manually uploaded the project file to your Cloud account. You should now be able to add it to your Wolfmix directly through WTOOLS.
Regarding the Super Boogie fixture- I have just fixed the profile so it should now work much better. You will need to re-sync the file from WTOOLS, then re-patch it into your project in order to use the latest updated version.

Barry
Hey Barry! Again, it would be really helpful if I could check the project file for this so that I can see if it is the same issue as with Lee's file, or perhaps something different.
It looks like this is actually the same issue as the one Lee has reported, and the reasoning is the same too. So in short, it looks like because your project was created in version 1.x- your first 10 Static Colour buttons are different to the default settings that the default settings for version 2.x. This means that the incorrect colours are being selected in the Auto-Generate presets. In fact, this affects not only the Autumn Forest preset- but all the auto Presets.
Thanks Will. That's odd because I created this project from scratch in ver 2. I saved a couple of my ver 1 projects but I haven't been working with them at all. I was going to do another complete new install and new projects when the next update is released. I'm just playing and learning right now
