Re: simply can't turn it off

There could be multiple reason why it doesn't turn off. 1. My "guess" is you where loading the lights (the profile) in a certain MODE when patching the lights ( = number of channels), but your Lights are not set to the same Channel mode. Please verify that you use the SAME CHANNEL MODE on ...

Re: Problème entre PRESET et LIVE EDIT

In Live Edit you want to "LOCK" your Live Edit button, so the Live Edit stays active.
Select your Live Edit and activate the small "lock" button at the top of the Live Edit screen.

Re: Cablage 2 wolfmix et 1 Fader DMX

correct! you can either connect a 2nd wolfmix to sync between 2 wolfmix OR use the WLINK XLR-C as DMX Input for a fader controller.
There is only this one XLR port to use for either "SYNC" or Ext. Input.

Re: ADJ ENTOUR FAZE MAchine

EasyView is a "different" platform and NOT 1:1 compatible to what Wolfmix is doing. It is a different software program which is EMULATING(!!) the Wolfmix firmware only - but NOT a 1:1 representation. That is the reason why EasyView (eventually) behaves slightly different. Also there is a D...

Re: How configure RGBW inground in different zone...

no. Wolfmix is operating by Groups, NOT individual fixtures. If you keep all the uplights on 1 (one!) Group only, then you only have single colors per Group or "alternate" Colors (distributed as a fixed distribution rule over the number of fixtures in this Group). If you use the "Alte...

Re: FEATURE REQUEST: Remove/Add Fixtures by Entire Brand

You can remove ALL fixtures from the Controller anyway. You still have those fixtures you need in the Online Library to re-sync to the Controller at any time, so you only have to manage "your" fixtures - not 3.000 other (not used) ones. No real need to have all the others on the controller...

Re: ADJ ENTOUR FAZE MAchine

once having the profile uploaded into the cloud, use WTOOLS, select FIXTURES and from the 2 colums, open the CLOUD folder on the "Cloud & Computer" side. You will find the Entour Faze profile in there. Click on the "blue arrow" to Sync to Wolfmix. Finally on Wolfmix patch you...

Re: Martin smartMAC

Definitely not a question of age! 99,9% of the cases it is a question of the profile to be correct defined so Wolfmix can send the right data to the Moving Heads. As the smartMac is a bit "special" on Pan/Tilt channels, I would suspect Pan/Tilt Speed channel 11 (12ch mode) or channel 14 (1...

Re: Led bar with seperate white channel

Example: Create your own profile for 257Ch mode. Make it a "2 part profile" and divide in 2 "micro"-profiles, and load both next to each other to get the 257Ch count. pt1of2 = 64x RGB (beam 1-64) pt2of2 = 64x White (beam 1-64) + Frost (all beams) Now you load pt1of2 into Wolfmix ...

Re: Error: to many channels

Before loading the profile on Wolfmix, open the Profile up into the (Cloud) Profile Builder and delete all those channel modes from the profile you are not planning to use. Make sure the total amount of Channels of the remaining Modes do NOT exceed 512 channels in total (even when distributed on dif...
