Transferring Controller to another account

How do I transfer my controller to another user's account? All I see in the Nicolaudie Cloud is "Forget this controller". If I press this, will the other user be able to register product on their own account?

Hello!

The best way to do this is to connect your controller to WTOOLS, then go to Settings and press 'Im selling my controller'. This will factory reset and deregister your controller so that the next user can register it as new.
