No Strobe Off Value for Q Wash moving head
I’m trying to program some Chauvet Q Wash 560 LED moving heads. I can not seam to design a fixture profile that stops the fixture from strobing. The user manual says on channel 10, values 0-9 has no function with every value acting as if the shutter is open, than 10-255 is min-max strobe. How do I assign a strobe off/shutter close for this fixture?

The "no function" at 000-009 translates into a STROBE OFF Preset Type
Shutter "OPEN" is defined in the Color Dimmer channels automatically. Any OPEN/On, Dimmer level and CLOSED/Off is controlled by the individual Color Dimmer - and is NOT part of the "main" Fixture Dimmer channel. This Dimmer channel will mostly (99.999% of the time) to be ON
As your fixture is a RGB Moving Head, so the Strobe channel only needs 2 Preset types:
000-009 STROBE OFF (Preset Type)
010 - 255 STROBE (Preset Type)
