Presets Got Erased

Hi Guys...
What can cause all my presets to get deleted...

Powered up at a gig on Sunday and all my presets was gone, the night before everything was there and working 100%

Hi mate,

Did you backup the project using Wtools?

Would 100% recommend doing that if not.

I would put in a support ticket rather than use the forum for these bugs.

Hi Lee...
I did not backup the project...
I am still new to the W1, I was not aware that the presets are a part of the project...
I figured out how to do a backup & restore now!!!
