ADJ UBL9H not working with the WMX1 controller

Just bought two ADJ UBL9H Light Bars. Downloaded the profile and have loaded them onto WOLFMIX/WMX1 Controller. When I add them to the program, they come on with a whitish light that will not go off. Therefore, when I do change fixture colours, they are watered down by this annoying light that just stays on. I have them in 6 Channel mode and have tried them in 11 channel mode. same thing. strobe does not work, blackout does not work. they just keep this whitish light on. When I dim it from 100% down to nothing, there is a fainter greenish/lime type light that remains on. ARE there some RDM (whatever that is) settings that are interfering with the simple operation of these light bars? I hooked them up to my Elation DSC 12 channel DMX Controller while in six channel mode and the light bars performed flawlessly. I wonder if it's the profile which may be the problem? Any thoughts are so welcomed. It seems like every time I get a new piece of equipment, these things happen. HELP!!!!! Thanks, Brian

OHH by the way, I had to add a small 3 pin male to 5 pin female cable in order to plug into the DMX in on the UBL9H. could that be the difference? Living in small community, I have to order in these cables and hunt for them on line. I have ordered the cable with a 5Pin Male DMX to hook into my WMX1 and the 5 pin female to hook into the UBL9H fixture. I don't know if that will make a difference or not. Is it my settings on the light bar, is it the cable, or is it the profile. Hope someone knows> Thanks

You want to edit the profile to match the Wolfmix capabilities.
UBL9H fixture offers Red, Green, Blue, Amber, Lime and UV as basic color CHANNELS. However, Wolfmix does NOT use Lime as a separate Color CHANNEL (only as a mixed Color; 50% Red + 100% Green). But when using the Lime channel you interfere with other (RGB) channels then, so they "block" each other, giving you this "whitish light"

Attached is a profile with the 6ch and 18ch mode, which will work.
(when loading 18ch Mode it asks you if you want to "SPLIT" - you can deny "NO" - still maintain 3 different Color sections)

Hello AXELL. I can't seem to get this to load into the Fixture Profiles list in WTOOLS. I put it in the Scan Library File. Also, the old UBL(H profile is still in the Fixture library in WTools. How do I remove the old one and put in the new one. Step by step would really help. I can't seem to do either. Thanks for any help you can give me. Brian

ScanLibrary is for EasyView ONLY. It is NOT the Online Library for Wolfmix!

Open a browser with : cloud.nicolaudiegroup.com
(Login with your Nicolaudie acount)
Select Profile Builder
At the top right click on the small Cloud icon (import a profile) -->see pic
Drag and drop the .ssl2 into the upload field and select "Upload"
Now open WTOOLS, and select FIXTURES tab
Click on the "blue" Cloud folder in the left column (Computer & Cloud)
Transfer .ssl2 to Wolfmix by click on the "blue arrow"
After copy into Wolfmix, select FIXTURE (+) on Wolfmix, navigate -again- to Cloud folder (NOT ADJ!) and patch the modified profile to your project.

"hurry up" as tomorrow April 2nd will be Cloud maintenance = No Cloud service available!"

I hit a pump in the road... So Sorry I'm so stupid. Everything was great until the part that reads: "After copy into Wolfmix , Select Fixture (+), (Where is that?) navigate again to Cloud and patch profile to your project. (Well I don't know if I can do that part because I still can't figure out how to select FIXTURE (+) Need more step by step. Man this is killing me, so it must be killing you even more!!!!!!

I SPOKE TOO SOON. It works great in 3d Visualizer, but still does the same whitish light thng when I hook it to my WMX1. Infuriating to say the least.
