Locking Edit on WLINK mode?

Can you lock the controller from edits when 2 WMX are linked with WLINK? I could not figure out how to do that.

When in HOME -> SETUP, you have 2 locking mechanisms:
1. Lock ALL - locks all access from the User Interface
2. Lock Edit - locks all EDIT functions, where Preset selection and Effect selection and alterations remains working. You just can't edit (and store) anything

When they are in WLINK mode the menu options are not there, it just says WLINK on the top right of the screen. If you press it, it exits out of WLINK mode. Then if you try to lock edits you won't be able to put it back into WLINK mode.

How do you lock edits and then activate WLINK? When you lock edits a lock icon appears at the top right of the screen, if you press it, it unlocks the controller, when you enter WLINK mode the words WLINK appear at the top, if you press it, it exits WLINK mode. I am assuming there is no way to lock edits in WLINK mode?
