I am still waiting to hear back from customer support on this subject so i figured i will post here and see if anyone has experience with this question.
To start I am aware that you are only able to connect one usb and that a USB hub will not work to connect multiple controllers
"I am currently running a computer based lighting software (Lightkey on Mac) and I have fallen in love with the ADJ Wolfmix mk2 and want to switch over.
I have watched all the tutorials and scavenged the forums and I'm pretty set on upgrading.
In my current setup I have multiple USB midi devices running to a USB hub, then into my Mac (AKAI APC MINI, 2x NOVATION LAUNCHPAD, AKAI LPK25)
I have everything set up in a flight case so it would be nice to not have to disassemble it, and still have a similar rig without bringing out my mac every gig.
I am currently using more of a busking system, no cues, just triggering presets and using faders for live bands and events.
I am aware that the Wolfmix wont connect directly to my USB hub.
For me to upgrade to the Wolfmix I may only need the Akai APC mini MK2,
but
Is there to your knowledge any sort of USB to midi interface that would take my 3-4 USB controllers and "mix" them down to one midi signal?
In my search I have found maybe two options, but without actually having the hardware in front of me to test I'm not sure they will work.
Will something like the "DoreMidi host", which looks like it has one USB in, take the USB from my hub and then I can output to the Wolfmix with a generic midi din to USB cable like in the video WOLFMIX posted on "using multiple midi devices"
or the "iconnectivity MioXM 4x4" which seems like it may do the job, but is very pricey?
As a long shot, if there is an update coming where the Wolfmix will support multiple USB through a hub then I will gladly wait!!
I appreciate any guidance you may have and I'm really looking forward to your product, I can't believe how much it can do for the price.
Thank you

Re: multiple USB MIDI devices?? anyone with experiance??
I just tested it with a usb splitter with two usb keyboards plugged into it and it didn't work...
I even tried just plugging one usb keyboard into the usb splitter and had no luck.
It only worked when I plugged the usb keyboard directly into the wolfmix.
Hope this helps.

Hello all,
The Wolfmix is currently not designed to accept multiple MIDI controllers at once- however we have been testing the upcoming 2.0 update using this MIDI merger-type device:
https://www.doremidi.cn/h-pd-92.html
This has actually proved successful, once we made a slight change to the MIDI input code. The DoreMIDI device exposes itself as 10 MIDI ports, so you can use up to 4 USB-MIDI devices and 6 MIDI Din devices at once. We have tested using a MIDI Clock device, 2x APC Minis, and a MIDI Synthesiser simultaneously and it seems to run well!
Again, this code change will be available in the upcoming 2.0 FW release- so it might be worth holding off a little until then, especially since FW 2.0 may take some time in Beta before it is fully stable.
Kind regards,
Will

Wow Will tank you, thats the exact answer i was hoping for.
I may for now, purchase the Wolfmix and see how much I can do with just one APC Mini, and once the new features are available I can plan on maybe expanding Midi control then.
best
Billy

Re: multiple USB MIDI devices?? anyone with experiance??
Can I have midi controller in via USB and an old light board with faders plugged in via DMX so I have many faders?
Re: multiple USB MIDI devices?? anyone with experiance??
As far as I know you can only assign 9 faders being all the group dimmers and the master dimmer. Or do I miss something here?
Re: multiple USB MIDI devices?? anyone with experiance??
Hello,
Yes- you can indeed use MIDI and DMX input separately. The MIDI input will come from the USB-A port, and the DMX input will come from the XLR port C.
DMX input can be used, as @Kevin88 described, to control the Group and Master dimmers- but also you can assign input channels to any other channel in the DMX Values screen. More info on that can be found at https://wolfmix.com/support-content#con ... dmx_faders
