Problem with Chauvet Geyser P7 - losing light control

Hi all,

First post here.
We are having problems with the Chauvet Geyser P7 when using it with Wolfmix (latest fw).
We sell, install and programm different Wolfmixes for small venues and clubs/dance bars,...so we know the basics of the Wolfmix.

Problem:
After a while we lose control over the lightning on the Geyser. We can still output smoke but can't control the lights anymore.

The only solution is to disconnect the XLR/dmx cable and reconnect it to the Wolfmix or go into Live-edit, trigger some settings and save, but this isn't always working. I looks likes the Profile puts the dimmer to zero after a while with no option to retrigger the colorlights again.

Anyone else recognises this problem or know a solution? Only one profile available on the Wolfmix Wtools app (the others P6 or customs don't work).

Did some more digging and testing and found this extra information.
""The LEDs will automatically shut off after 60 seconds of sustained output.
Reset the dimmer to re-enable LED output."

So i made a Live Edit button where all channels are turned to 0/Zero (so a 'reset' button). Now i can push this to reset the dimmer and be able to choose colors again.

HOWEVER:
There is still a bug when using Green/yellow/Lime. It doesn't use the 4 lights around the geyser (+ sometimes the other 3).
When making a live-edit button the Green gives problem when putting it on 255 (red, blue, amber, UV are no problem).
I can't mix the colors to make yellow with the 4 lights around the geyser, but can with the 3 on a row (other dmx channels).
I did a factory reset of the mixer and reset every color but with green/lime/yellow.
