I have a very strange behaviour with Ayra ERO404 fixtures.
As soon as I use a moveFX (or Pan/Tilt in live edit) the fixture goes dark. It moves fine but no matter if you select a color, either from pallets or in live edit, as soon as it moves, no output. Also when there is no move effect and I'm just doing live edit, if I touch the Pan or Tilt, no output...
I have already tried:
- 9ch and 13ch
- Made the fixture new
- Made 2 fixtures: One with only Pan/Tilt channels and another one with the remaining channels dim/shutter/RGBW etc, and patched to have the move effect on another group
- Started a brand new project with only the fixture
...
The most weirdest thing I that I can control them properly with other DMX controllers. (Chamsys, Cuetly..)
It has to be something with the Wolfmix, but I can't figure it out.
I'm on the latest firmware, W1.
Any suggestions?

Re: Ayra ERO404 goes dark with moveFX
Hello,
Thanks for raising this thread! Some fixtures have an internal 'blackout whilst fixture is moving' function which turns the beam off whenever the head is moving. I can not see anything about this on the profile itself- however the 'Diverse Functions' channel is currently set to default value 99, which might accidentally be activating some function that it is not intended to. I have just edited the profile to set the default value at 0 on that channel, so hopefully this will fix the problem.
Please re-sync the profile via the following steps to test this:
- Connect your Wolfmix to your computer.
- Open WTOOLS and go to the Fixtures tab in WTOOLS.
- Search for the desired fixture within the ‘Computer’ list.
- Right click on the fixture and select ‘Sync’ then ‘Confirm’.
- Delete the original profile from your Wolfmix project and then re-patch the fixture into your project, to ensure you are using the latest version.
Kind regards,
Will
