Fixture will not turn off LED when no color selected

Hello!

I have a generic 150W spot moving head (similar to Uking 150W spot). The issue I am having is that when no color is selected, the light stays on (WHITE). For all of my other fixtures, when no color is selected the light automatically closes the shutter / turns the LED off. The only way to turn this particular fixture off is to turn down the dimmer to 0%. Is there a way to fix this? I have created a fixture in the controller that is exactly as per user manual for the light but still no fix. I have tried messing around with profile settings but still no luck. The fixture doesn't have a shutter parameter.

No other fixtures that I have worked with on this controller (even other generic moving heads) have not had this issue.

Your help and suggested workarounds would be great. I am at the point where I am considering returning the fixture.

Hi Saxon,

In order to check this out fully- we will need to know the exact name of the fixture profile you are using within the Wolfmix if possible. Is it one you have added from WTOOLS, or one you have created yourself (if so- did you use the Wolfmix in-built fixture creator, or the online profile builder)?
