Assigning a second universe

I am in the settings trying to set XLR C to another universe than 1. When I turn the right most knob, nothing happens. The knob works with other pages like in the fixture pages, so is it a setting not letting me assign another universe than 1?

This is odd, is might be a firmware related bug if this encoder works on other pages. It'll probably be good to perform a factory reset as it might fix this issue. To do this first backup your Wolfmix and then perform a factory reset by following these steps:

-Save your current project in the Wolfmix (Setup->Projects->SAVE).
-Backup projects with WTOOLS (WTOOLS->Projects->Backup Projects).
-If any fixtures have been built on the Wolfmix, backup fixtures with WTOOLS (WTOOLS->Fixtures->Backup Fixtures).
-Perform a factory reset with WTOOLS (WTOOLS->Settings->Factory reset). Then update to the latest firmware.
-Restore appropriate projects and fixtures.
