gobo`s do not rotate

I have a problem with the gobos of my moving head in the live situation, I can't get the gobos to rotate. In the fixture builder in test mode it works well, what could go wrong here?

check in (web) Profile Builder (cloud.nicolaudiegroup.com):

open the fixture profile in Profile Builder
Select Mode you use, then select the Gobo channel
In Gobo Channel verify that Gobos Presets supposed to rotate have SELF ROATE enabled (in Preset Properties).
If enabled - you can then use the Rotate encoder for rotation
