Re: Fixtures Behaving Badly.

Hello, What fixtures are you experiencing uncharacteristic behavior with? Or is it all fixtures? Has this happened since you have updated? We've not received any reports of firmware updates causing issues with fixture behavior via our support service, so it may be an issue with the profiles being us...

Re: Feature Request : Setting exact BPM manually with encoders

Hello, Thanks for this suggestion, I can see how this will be useful! The only issue I can see is the problem with syncing the BPM to the music without having an external reference (even with setting the BPM to the same as the music it would have to be aligned to the transients to sync properly etc....

Re: Still no extra Live edit page in 1.2 ?

Hello, We have no plans to increase the number of Live Edits currently, this is indeed due to lack of available memory in the W1 (RAM = short term memory) which is pushed to its capacity. The fixture profiles are stored in a different memory pool (long term memory), so the number of pre-installed fi...

Re: recalling xlite preset patterns

I believe this is because with a Live Edit you are sending values to the channel directly to alter the 'patterns' channel. The GOBO button however scans the profile specifically for a GOBO channel preset which it then derives the corresponding values. Because this fixture does not have a GOBO channe...

Re: Panel button lights not working

Hello, It might be good to perform a factory reset of the controller to rule out any possible firmware problems: -Save your current project in the Wolfmix (Setup->Projects->SAVE). -Backup projects with WTOOLS (WTOOLS->Projects->Backup Projects). -If any fixtures have been built on the Wolfmix, backu...

Re: Adj Kaos Wolfmix MK2

Hello! A good way to learn how to use presets is to import the Wolfmix demo project presets into your project. To do this, please complete the following steps: - Open the project that you want to import the Presets to. - Go to Setup > Projects > Open. - Turn the second encoder so that it shows 'Pres...

Re: MIDI for Live Edit And Global Functions

I haven't seen any response yet? Has this question already been answered ? The last release was September last year, are the releases not planned or anticipated? There do not appear to be overwhelming questions on the forum so I don't think it is a matter of time to communicate with the user base s...

Re: Easy View 3d Visualiser

Hello, This sounds odd! Yes please do a factory reset of the Wolfmix, to restore the generic fixtures in Easyview it may be best to uninstall the software and then reinstall it, making sure to tick the box to install the ssl2 files also. If this does not work I'll look into this further! Kind regards

Re: W1 MK2 MIDI and other quirks

Hello, This is unusual behavior, have you tried performing a factory reset of the controller? -Save your current project in the Wolfmix (Setup->Projects->SAVE). -Backup projects with WTOOLS (WTOOLS->Projects->Backup Projects). -If any fixtures have been built on the Wolfmix, backup fixtures with WTO...
