Hi,

I encountered this problem. I turn on automatic playback of presets (PLAY - ALL) and stop their playback (PAUSE), then I select one of the presets I want to stay on. At that moment playback stops and goes to the preset I selected, but after a while it rolls back to the preset that was last at the moment when I pressed PAUSE. And no matter what I do, no matter what I switch, after 15 seconds it goes back to that preset. Once again, it's not a particular preset, but the preset that was there before I turned off automatic switching from preset to preset. It's always different.

The only way to cure this situation is to turn off and on the power supply.

I can't understand if this is a bug or a feature?

Please help me to understand and get rid of such intrusive behavior of presets.

Thanks for raising this thread! I am unable to reproduce this behaviour, so I can't say for certain at the moment what is going on. Please could you record a short video demonstrating this behaviour and then attach it to this thread? (You will likely need to use Google Drive, WeTransfer.com, or another file sharing service to do this).

It would also be very helpful to see a copy of your Wolfmix project so that we can test this. You can send us this through WTOOLS > Projects, press 'Backup', then locate the file in Computer & Cloud list, then right click on it and press Export to my computer.

I was able to upload the project remotely.

I want to clarify that this does not happen all the time, but quite often.

Thanks for sending that over Wiktor, I can see the issue- it's a strange one indeed. I'll do some investigating to see if I can reproduce it, and will also check to see if this problem might also occur in the upcoming major update Firmware. I would imagine that the problem will be fixed in this FW, since the majority of the core code has been entirely rewritten- but I will do some checking to see.
