EasyView and Wolfmix issues

EasyView and Wolfmix issues

I am having some technical difficulties with easyview and getting it to simulate fixtures. Before saying I must reinstall the software, I have already done a factory reset on my Wolfmix board, updated it to the latest software version, and have done the same with EasyView. The computer I am running it on is brand new so I’m not factory resetting it.

Essentially I can’t get the fixture to appear in easyview. I’m trying to test this all out by programming an ADJ mega par profile to flash green. I add the fixture profile on the Wolfmix board, I make sure the same project is selected on the board as in easyview. Yet every time I add a fixture in easyview, nothing happens. I select the fixture, the DMX channel, everything. I click add and nothing happens.

Hello,

When you say the fixture does not appear in Easyview is it the fixture graphic itself that does not appear? Or is the fixture not being illuminated or responding to the Wolfmix?

Please try the following steps in the exact order:

1. Open the EasyViewConnect app.
2. Wait for the main screen to appear.
3. Enable the 3d Link toggle.
4. If still not detected in the ‘Available hardware(s)’ list, disable then re-enable the 3d Link toggle.
5. Keep WTOOLS running and on the 'My Wolf' tab throughout the process of controlling EasyView.

If this does not solve the issue could you please send a ticket to our helpdesk with a short video demonstrating this problem? This issue sounds quite odd and may require some investigation so this is the best way we can help you resolve this.

I will get a ticket and send a video in next week end when I have the time to set it all up. The quality of this product is really starting to show. (Not in the good way)
