Turning Discharge Lamps On

Hello, I have a Wolfmix Mk1 and I’m trying to get my Martin Mac 700 Profiles to work with it. The fixtures power up and the lamp is automatically turned on. The bulb turns off when the group they are in is set to black out, though when the dimmer is turned from black out to 100%, the bulb is still off.
It is not the iris nor shutter, they are open open
I have tried making a live edit that turns the bulk on to no avail.
I’ve even just in the DMX addresses located in the settings commanding value 90 in DMX address #1 (equates to channel 1 lamp on in the DMX table provided by Martin)
Has anyone had similar issues getting discharge lamps to turn back on?
