I found an issue this morning which appeared in FW 1.1.0. If you import a project from WTOOLS it can cause problems with several projects in your project list.
If you're using firmware V1.1.0 - 1.1.5 I'd strongly recommend clearing your project list and updating to 1.1.6. There are also several other minor bug fixes in this version, some of which have existed since the very first firmware version.
