Switch it back on in HOME / SETUP / SETTINGS and then

navigate to "DMX In", select this line and dial to WLINK - done

Any other "SETTINGS" which can cause the unstable behavior ?
Preset DMX IN channel set?
Preset jump DMX IN channel?

If not, contact Support and open a ticket, also provide the video ...

(What you see is not the normal operation after the upgrade...)

Similar problem here too.
It looks not so dangerous as raan unit but not stable.
Extra checked the DMX external unit direct with fixture, absolut stable, so the controller itself looks good.
Unfortunately I buy after the newest Firmware W1, so I can not tell if DMX in was ok before update.
I can live with it but not 100%
In DMX values windows I can see the unstable DMX values.
I made a short video about.
Linked 4 groups, and first fixture Ch1 to DMX in ch2 forced, Ch2 to DMX in ch2 etc...the first 4 channels.
If change any of the 4 channel external then unstable values coming....
Cable is Neutric, double checked....5 pin to 3 pin as should be. (1-»1, 2»2,3»3 pinouts) shielded short cable.

It is Hardware issue? oder something I miss?
Thanks

Maybe I wait your support answer, hope next firmware in future will solve this in case of software problem.
1.1.5 is out not upgraded till.
Not think 1.1.5 solved this problem.

message of assistance :

Hello,

Thanks for sending that over! We have had a couple of different reports of issues with WLink in the latest FW, so this is something we will be looking into over the next week and hopefully any issues that arise we will be able to fix.

One thing that I wonder is it almost appears like your controller is triggering random Presets (rather than randomly turning off/on all the FX engines)- perhaps you could go to Settings and check the "Preset DMX IN Channel" and "Preset jump DMX IN channel" settings. These should be set to "-" for no function.

It may also be helpful for you to open the Presets screen and then try to reproduce the issue- see if you notice the presets jumping randomly or whether it remains on the expected preset as this would help us to narrow down the issue!

Kind regards,
Will

raan, thanks for the onfo, wait for fix this.
In my case was nothing in preset and preset jump set, but dmx values jumping up and down randomly.
Hope this also in your case too....
Thx

I was hoping that with the new update the problem would be resolved but it's worse than before.
Paid for a service that doesn't work, it's shameful
