Wolfmix

Hello,

Did a show, placed wolfmix back in case, and had no issues. Went to do a show and now the screen is just black but everything else works.

Any thoughts? Tried new cable, FireWire update, completely resetting and then updating again. Multiple on and off cycles. Nothing seems to help.

Make sure it is not a power issue. Use the included little power supply and try with that. If it still doesn't show the screen, I assume a loose cable inside the Wolfmix. Return to your reseller and/or open a ticket at Nicolaudie (https://help.wolfmix.com/#/home)
