Hellow,

I have a question i added 2 showtec combi spot one in 20ch mode

But they doesnt work well the dimmer is not working it stays full light when i dimm to 0%

also it is always white the color doesnt change

moving pan tilt is working fine gobo change also work

What could be the problem pls ?

You are using a profile (fixture description file) which is not correct configured.

• you want to have a "2 beam" configuration, to control the Spot beam and the 6 washer LEDs separate

• "SHUTTER & STROBE" setting (for the Dimmer issue!) has to be reworked to function correctly and

• the Color Wheel definition may be wrong, so you don't see the right colors.

All this is defined and configured in the "profile" and can be edited with the Profile Builder (profile editor) (cloud.nicolaudiegroup.com)
