Easy View 2 not showing right fixture shape

Hi, don't know if I'm @ the right spot here to get support for Easy View 2.
I tried to patch the Chauvet Colorband PiX-M USB in EV2, but although in the online Profile Builder it shows the correct dimensions as a 10 beams-sweeping bar, EV2 shows it only as a normal par can and also it doesn't respond to the Wolfmix...
Any idea how to solve this, or where to get support? Help very much appreciated!
