What I think you should do for the Lamp On/Off is make live edits-one to lamp the fixture on, and one to lamp the fixture off. Use the padlock icon to lock the live edits so they are global and don't depend on the preset used. Then you can press one button to lamp the fixture on and the other to lamp it off.

You can do it with only one live edit if you set the default DMX value for the channel to be lamp on or off, and simply have the live edit do the opposite.
