WLINK:
If I purchase the WLINK add-on, would I be able to connect my SoundSwitch DMX input into my Wolfmix? Would Wolfmix play the DMX programming from Soundswitch on my fixtures? Also, could you also see this in Easyview 2?
Easyview 2:
Is there any rumor or word on the street that the next update (which has been teased!) will have less lag? It's killing me lol. I can't afford Capture which has no lag. So hoping the next iteration will be better in that regard. I know you guys don't make Easyview, just asking that's all.

Yes, you can use the Soundswitch output to trigger activities within the Wolfmix. I do that with Rekordbox lighting and it works pretty well.Wolfman_Malone wrote: ↑Tue Jun 24, 2025 1:36 am WLINK:

No, the Wolfmix is not DMX merger, where you can use some DMX channels as throughput and some are controlled by the Wolfmix. At least not in FW1.2.6, but as far as I can see also not in 2.0. The problem would be, what will happen if you are using the same DMX Channels in Soundswitch AND Wolfmix.Wolfman_Malone wrote: ↑Tue Jun 24, 2025 1:36 amWould Wolfmix play the DMX programming from Soundswitch on my fixtures?
No, easyview only shows (unfortunatelly) the DMX values created by the Wolfmix. I was also hoping for troubleshooting issues, but I seems, that the connection between Easyview and the Wolfmix runs completely on the software level without considering the "real" input/outputs.
This is something, noone can answer you currently. Of course they will try to make it more stable with low lag/latency. If this will work? Noone knows right now.Wolfman_Malone wrote: ↑Tue Jun 24, 2025 1:36 amEasyview 2:

BUT: Don't expect to get a program on the level of Capture.
