Look Unique 2.1 (Hazer)

Unfortunately, the profile of the Look Solutions Unique 2.1 does not work correctly.

When the Smoke button is pressed, only the fan runs but not the pump.

It would be great if the pump and fan ran synchronously when the smoke button was pressed, e.g. 50%.

The profile can be changed via WLINK and by teaching the fader, but unfortunately the manual DMX values for the faders are not saved in the project or preset after restarting.

For now there's no "Smoke Fan" channel type so the only way to run the fan would be either:

Setting the default value of the FAN channel to 100% all the time (this can be changed from the DMX levels screen with the second encoder

Or

Creating a live edit which sets both channels to 100%.

We're going to look into adding another channel or feature type in future.

Ok, with the DMX controller or a live edit you have a good interim solution.

However, it would still be desirable to control the pump in the profile and not the fan, as is currently the case, so that fog can also be generated when the smoke button is pressed.

Hi Guys,
i had a similar issue with a Hazebase Hazer.
A fast solution would be to generate your own fixture with the build in fixture builder. As the hazer has only two channels, it should not be to complicated. (Help video can be found here: https://wolfmix.com/de/support-content# ... re_profile)

One idea ist to set the fan as dimmer channel and use a group on the second page (shift + BPM buttons) to have a dimmer controlling the fan.
When the other channel is the smoke channel, you can control it via the smoke button. Note: the smoke button needs to be ON and stored in your presets, otherwise the hazer will be switched off when changing to another preset.

Another option would be to have a fixture with 2 smoke channels. Then fan und smoke channel would be set to the same level according to the value in the smoke button menu.

I tested the new feature of FW 0.6.2 today with the Look Unique 2.1 and it works great.

Many thanks to Simon for the implementation, so a few Live Edits are free again for other things. ;)
