I tried several things, and I’m running into issues not only with blackout, but also with custom programs in MoveFX—I have to set the speed to 0 for the movements to actually happen.
If I can help by sending my backup file, just let me know.

Thanks already for getting Wolfmix to where it is today. It’s getting close, and I’m keeping my fingers crossed for an update soon to fix these few issues.
I clearly feel like the problem happens during the conversion of the backup files to FW2.
Hello,

I want to add a bit to this thread and hopefully resolve some of the issues faced. Firstly, regarding the Hero Spot Wash 140- this is quite a unique fixture, with it's channel layout. The best way of controlling it in the Wolfmix is actually to split the file, which can be done using an edited file that I have uploaded directly to your Cloud account. You can add it to your Wolfmix via the steps below:

- Connect your Wolfmix to your computer.
- Open WTOOLS and go to the Fixtures tab in WTOOLS.
- Search for the desired fixture within the 'Cloud' section of the ‘Computer’ list.
- Right click on the fixture and select ‘Sync’ then ‘Confirm’.
- Delete the original profile from your Wolfmix project and then re-patch the fixture into your project via the 'Cloud' brand, to ensure you are using the latest version.

If you patch in this updated file, you should then be prompted asking if you want to 'split' the profile- select Yes on this to set this up. Once done, you should notice that the Blackout button works as expected.

Regarding the issue with speed at 0, I'm not 100% sure I follow what exactly you mean. Would you possibly be able to share a short video demonstrating this? Perhaps you could upload it via Google Drive, WeTransfer.com, etc.

Hello Willm,

A thousand thanks, it works perfectly now!
I had already split the wash from the fixture, everything was working except the Blackout—now it's all sorted.
I’m going to save this fixture permanently!
Once again, a big thank you for your help!
