Somspot 200W Beam 20CH

My lighting head is Somspot 200W BEAM 20CH (from Aliexpress). The fixture (channels) match exactly the available SOTO BEAM 200W LED + RING profile - however, the lamp does not work properly. Can someone help me? I am not an advanced user After installing the luminaire (adding the fixture), the lamp's LED ring starts flashing continuously (strobe).

I've looked into the profile and I don't see anything there that should cause this behaviour to occur, however I'd need to cross reference this with the DMX tables as found within the user manual in order to be certain.

Can you either attach them directly here, or raise a ticket at help.wolfmix.com and provide the required info so that we can take a look at this?

had this recently with another cheap Chinese Moving Head, where the user was "insisting" the ADJ Inno Pocket Spot profile is exactly matching the cheap fixture. Which was not true! In the FUNCTION section ADJ has 000-069 No Function, so a default of 34 should not harm. BUT..the Chinese maker did another auto-Pan/Tilt Macro inside the NO FUNCTION section, which only shuts Off when being 000 as Default. And we found then another few glitches/differences.
We ONLY found out when we were "walking" through the fixture Channel-by-Channel and DMX value-by DMX value. So we could iron it out.
