Hello,

Thanks for the post! Would you please be able to confirm the exact name of the fixture as it appears on your screen so that we can check this out for you?

The Strobe button within the Wolfmix works in 2 potential ways- it either activates the designated Strobe channel (if one is present), and if there is no Strobe channel then it will create a virtual strobe effect by modulating the colour channels up and down in a strobe style effect. It is important that I see the profile so that I can determine which is the case here.

Just to be clear, the exact issue here is that you would like the fixture to shine white and strobe whenever the Strobe button is pressed (instead of strobing in a different colour)?

Kind regards,
Will

You want to understand how Wolfmix (and other DMX controllers) is working:
1. Strobe button is using the Strobe Color which is activated. Strobe itself has no Color selection. Select any Color and then press Strobe - and this color then will Strobe.
2. White CAN BE a separate Color channel on the fixture ..OR .. if having no dedicated White channel can also be simulated by using RGB being all On (getting a "mixed" RGB White). When White Color is pressed, Wolfmix sends BOTH options to the Fixture for "compatibility reasons".

To fix your White "issue", while holding the SHIFT button select the WHITE color button (in Static Color) - entering Color Picker. Now in Color Picker select RGBW tab on top of screen. Now dial the 4 rotary encodes to.: Red = 0%, Green 0 =%, Blue = 0%, White = 100%. exit Color Picker. When you now press White, you only get the White channel active (leaving Red, Green and Blue channels Off).
