I have been trying to get in touch with Wolfmix about a defective product and they are extremely slow to respond. When they did they made a help ticket that can not be viewed. When I tried contacting them again the website just kept saying “external server error” and would not let me submit another help request
Is there any actual way to get ahold of these people? This has been a hair pulling experience trying to get a working Wolfmix controller. Has anyone been able to use this with any luck?
How do you get help?
Re: How do you get help?
Nicolaudie is always working on their Cloud Services. It can happen that there are times when it is (mostly for a short period - a few minutes) are not available. I see this happen when I am doing profiles using the Cloud Profile Builder from time to time.
The "Ticket" Support system is the right way to contact. I did many tickets and have had no problems to show and respond to it, when I have opened a ticket. They had an issue with "older" tickets, which they "collapsed" and couldn't be opened again - but that has been fixed. I am not aware of any other Ticket issues. In fact I got a response today and I a also replied without problems.

Hello, I replied to your ticket the same day you submitted it and I also sent the response to your email in case you cannot read it there.Redlights5744 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 4:17 pm I have been trying to get in touch with Wolfmix about a defective product and they are extremely slow to respond. Generally the best way to get support for Wolfmix is via our helpdesk at this link:
https://help.wolfmix.com/
Due to our team being small and the amount of users we have response times can take 24 hours and our operating times are Monday to Friday UK time. If you're unable to access the helpdesk please try a different browser or clear your browser cache and try again. Currently we're not aware of any problems with the Helpdesk.
Kind regards
Alex

Yeah, I got promp response right after this post today, I do not know if the 2 were correlated but I can not view the tickets and currently half the pages won’t load on the website. I appreciate the attention now, there is no real local support, practically no one uses these in the US
