I’ve got two button backlights lights left hand side of top row and all the lights in the first column working … but none of the rest.
Any ideas?? No sign of spills or physical damage to desk.
Panel button lights not working
Re: Panel button lights not working
Hello,
It might be good to perform a factory reset of the controller to rule out any possible firmware problems:
-Save your current project in the Wolfmix (Setup->Projects->SAVE).
-Backup projects with WTOOLS (WTOOLS->Projects->Backup Projects).
-If any fixtures have been built on the Wolfmix, backup fixtures with WTOOLS (WTOOLS->Fixtures->Backup Fixtures).
-Perform a factory reset with WTOOLS (WTOOLS->Settings->Factory reset).
If this doesn't improve the situation send us a ticket on our helpdesk and we'll look into this!

Re: Panel button lights not working
is the Wolfmix attached to a Computer or direct with the power plug?
When on a Computer (USB-port) this could be insufficient power on the computer USB port. Get a "powered" or "active" USB-3 Hub and attach the Wolfmix to the Hub, the Hub to any USB Port on the computer and insert power to the USB-3 Hub and you have sufficient power all the time.
Also in HOME / SETUP / SETTINGS there is a Display Brightness and Button Brightness. Make sure it is not set too low and at least well above 75% or it will show "false" Colors.
