Hi,
The top left button on the grid of my Wolfmix has become sticky and fairly unresponsive.
The unit has only been used a handful of times.
Is there a quick fix for this? A magic spray maybe?
I don't really want to send it back as I am in the UK and I bought it from DV247 in Germany which may take a while
Cheers!
Lee.
Sticky / Unresponsive button
Re: Sticky / Unresponsive button
Hello Lee,
This problem may be resolved by using a thin object (such as a metal ruler) to carefully insert down the sides of the button, then slowly move it side to side in order to knock loose/clear any debris or excess plastic. If this doesn't resolve the problem send in a support ticket at our helpdesk and we'll look at other options for this unit.

Cheers Alex,
I actually used the stiff plastic that paracetamol tablets come in.
I slid it back and forth, and lifted it slightly.
A few stiff blows while it was lifted..... and it works again
That saved me a headache
