Selling Wolfmix - Add-ons connected to account

Hi all,

I want to sell my wolfmix to a friend of mine, and upgrade myself to the Mk2 version. I have bought multiple add-ons (Wlink, 3D Link, DMX universe), do these activate again on my new wolfmix because they are synced with my account? If that is the case, I can just reset my mk1 wolfmix without losing those add-ons?

Hello!

The add ons are actually installed on the controller rather than synced with your account, so they will not automatically be installed on your MK2. Please send us a ticket about this with the serial numbers for both your Wolfmix controllers and we'll transfer the add ons for you!
