There is no function in WOLFMIX for using channel 15 (Beam Effects). Also for Channel 12.

That is correct. You may have to use "other" controls in order to operate your fixture as you like.
For Ch 12 (Color Temperature) I would suggest a fixed white, which can be assigned in the profile as a default. If you want to CHANGE it, you can create 1, 2, 3, ... multiple Live Edit Presets of different temperatures which you can then select on the fly.
For Ch 15 (Beam effects) I would recommend to modify the profile and utilize the Gobo control for the 4 Presets (Open, YoYo, Gobo Wheel Rotation, YoYo rotation) in Ch 15. So you can select them and even rotate them with the assigned encoder. Create 4 (icon identifiable) Gobos, in Preset Properties select "self-rotate" , assign it to the Gobo button and you have full control
