Hey,
Is there any particular reason why Beam FX are handled through the colour channels and not the dimmer/intensity of that particular fixture?
I'd really like to be able to control colour from a separate console using DMX Force mode but still use the W1 for Beam FX. However, when I program in all of this, the fixtures remain at 100% intensity and Beam FX have no effect on the fixtures.
Is there any way around this, perhaps a setting I'm not familiar with?
Thanks!
Beam FX - Master Dimmer?
Re: Beam FX - Master Dimmer?
I'm afraid not. Wolfmix will always default to controlling the color mixing channels for dimming and beam FX if a fixture has them. The main reason is because many fixtures have RGB control of individual beams, but then a global dimmer channel.
