Phantom 65 LED Spot - > Shutter closed as Default

Hi,
synced the Phantom 65 preset ot my W1 and found an issue:

Channel 7 Strobe:
0-7: no Funktion -> DMX Default is 3 -> So, no Light will turn on
8-15: Shutter is open-> DMX Default should 8-15 -> Light will turn on

Default for this Channel Value should be 8-15 but NOT 3 to aable to turn the lights on.

It was fixed by your college for about 3 or 4 weeks….
