Starway boxkolor uhd Anomaly

Hello community.

I encounter an anomaly when I connect my Starway Boxkolor UHD leds pars.
Indeed the colors are disordered and nothing is coherent. Regardless of the channel used, the problem persists.
I also tried to create each channel via the wolfmix but it did not work.
I had exactly the same rendering when I went through Easy View Connect ...
Can you help me ?
