What I really desperate miss on Wolfmix: a "slider" (fader/encoder) to assign "moving" DMX Types onto

On LightRider you can assign the ROLL slider in a profile to any movement or rotation or whatsoever dynamically (0%-100%), when turning up and down the ROLL slider - and it stays at that "speed". On Wolfmix I ONLY have PAN parameter for "movements", and that is "left-stop-ri...

Profile available to patch but not able to open in Profile Builder because it has been REMOVED?

How can I patch a non existent Profile file? OK, there is a profile (TMH-H90) in the Nicolaudie Profile Library, which can be located, which can be added to LightRider as well as on Wolfmix, which has channel definitions and all. BUT if I want to load it into Profile Builder I get an error saying: T...

can the right row buttons (Strobe/Blinder/Speed/Blackout) be accessed by external DMX controller?

the subject says it: is there a way to externally control/remote push somehow those buttons on the right side? someone may want to attach a remote DMX device to control just a few effects like Wolf, Blinder, Strobe or Blackout from a distance and not having the Wolfmix right next on stage with next ...

is it possible to improve the SPLIT functionality?

as many light enthusiasts own fixtures with multiple beams, I wish the way to split these would be a bit more easy. Simon, you explained what is required to make a fixture split. It needs the DMX Types in strict sequential (Beam) order. For some Fixtures it is easy as they have also control for each...

Re: Multi-beam fixtures

Simon, if the fixtures has 2 or 3 Beams but a unified Dimmer channel and Strobe channel, does it mean the fixture cannot be split? I have a fixture where FIRST are the Beam channels (1. Beam RGB, 2. Beam RGB etc) and AFTER THAT following the unified Dimmer and unified Strobe channels. They don‘t spl...

Re: What makes WTOOLS to (auto-)dim the Wolfmix Main Dimmer from 100% to 20%

Probably fixed it myself. Could be the Preset 1, which I have programmed as an ALL OFF Preset, that it had this 20% dim information. I reprogrammed this Preset with Master Dimmer 100% and it seemed to fix it.

Re: Proper settings for fixtures.

The 6 fixtures have to be set to DMX, and DMX ONLY, no Master/Slave or other Ricochet internal functions. Wolfmix alone should handling all synchron (or phased synchron) activities! Unit 1 should have address 001. It uses 15 channels to be controlled, so Unit 2 starts with DMX address 016. Again, 15...

Re: How to quickly access a second gobo wheel?

fair enough :-) then again, check the active profile against the DMX chart of the fixture, if the definitions (Types) of the channels and "presets" are correct. Another check could be SETUP / DMX values to monitor WHAT DMX values are being sent to the fixture when selecting Gobos from the ...

Re: How to quickly access a second gobo wheel?

Maybe (??) the problem is your 1st Gobo wheel having 11 Gobos (that is what I read from your comment), as the Wolfmix can handle only max. 10 Gobos per wheel. Change the profile to only 10 Gobos on 1st wheel and check if you can access 2nd wheel Gobos when accessing Gobo # 11 and higher.
