Re: Ayra moving ERO micro Spot moving head
The problem is (most likely) incorrect DMX values in Shutter & Strobe, which isn't (auto-)"OPEN" the beam when selecting a Color. This can be a false manual information. I created a profile and modified the Shutter & Strobe channel to switch "save" between OPEN/CLOSED. Pl...

Re: Ayra moving ERO micro Spot moving head
Solution is to "test" the profile first Create a new/fresh Project (Home / Setup / Projects / NEW (New again) Then load just the new Profile into this new Project on DMX start address #1 - also change the DMX address of the fixture to DMX start address #1. Use the "least complex"...

Re: Firmware 1.20 LiveEdit Parameter
Yes, you can only assign clearly definded DMX Types. Available Live Edit Macros (10) are: * Dimmer * Effect * Focus * Gobo Rotation * Gobo Rotation 2 * IRIS * Prism Rotation * Smoke * Strobe * Zoom OTHERS is an undefined DMX Type and being used to ALL and EVERY "non" automated DMX Types li...

Re: Dissatisfactory MIDI integration
1. -can't map my MIDI sliders to DMX channels - that is correct and was never communicated different. MIDI control was intended for Group Dimmers and Preset selection The MIDI implementation is supporting 3 basic functions: _a) a MIDI Clock for an additional SYNC option _b) Sliders for Group (and Ma...

Re: Wtools 1.53
No - haven't seen any unexpected behavior when upgrading. The 1.5.3 version is more stable as previous versions. But as always: make sure everything (Projects & Fixtures) are stored in the Cloud (+ on the computer) using the Backup button, before you do any major changes. (although it should not...

Re: How to design scenes & chases with WMX1 control
You can connect your PC via MIDI with the Wolfmix/WMX1, when using a MIDI Interface on the PC side and another (simple) MIDI Interface on the Wolfmix/WMX1 side (i.e. CME U2MIDI Pro or similar) and connect the 2 Interfaces (MIDI IN - to - MIDI OUT and MIDI OUT - to - MIDI IN socket). There is NO DIRE...

Re: Panel button lights not working
is the Wolfmix attached to a Computer or direct with the power plug? When on a Computer (USB-port) this could be insufficient power on the computer USB port. Get a "powered" or "active" USB-3 Hub and attach the Wolfmix to the Hub, the Hub to any USB Port on the computer and inser...

Re: make Strobe to only use white channel of a RGBW device
That is correct. Strobe itself has NO Color control. It just "interrupts" (strobes) those lights/colors which are already ON. So if you select RED or GREEN, then it interrupts (strobes) RED or GREEN - having a RED or GREEN Strobe. For a "forced White Strobe" you either create a L...

Re: Fade times
Use the PRESET EDIT of the Presets you want the Fade to apply to.
Simply hold SHIFT and select the Preset you want to edit the Fade time - once in Preset Edit Mode you can find HOLD and FADE encoder at the bottom of the screen.
