Re: Showtec Shark Scan One

Hi There

I've just realised I broke the function which uses the dimmer as a shutter on fixtures with a color wheel but no shutter closed preset (there are so many cases to keep up with!).

It's fixed and will be available in the next update (0.2.9 or higher)

Re: LED Moving Head (China)

Hi There For non-branded fixtures, I'd recommend using the built-in fixture builder. It's easier to use than the online one. Further info here on creating your own profile: https://www.wolfmix.com/support-content#building_your_own_fixture_profile We also can also make it for you but we often charge ...

Re: Freedom Sticks

Hi Pete,

I've checked channel 8 and it seems to be fine. By using the built in programs surely you're losing all the benefits of having a controller?

-colors not synchronised with the rest of your lights
-effects not synchronised with the rest of your lights
-music not synchronised

etc...

Re: Freedom Sticks

Hi Pete I see why I couldn't find it, it was in our library as FreedomStick without a space, I've added the space. I actually fixed this last week. Re-sync it from the app and it should work. Let me know if you still have trouble. P.s. I'd recommend trying out 50 channel or 48 channel mode for maxim...

Re: iSolution iMove 350SR

We are almost there, the only colour now messed up is pink which is showing red?
Try now
Movement side of things I'm a little confused
Be sure your modes match as I noticed the uPan and uTilt channels are in different places on Mode 1 and 2

Re: ADJ Element QA

I've sent over an e-mail. I think the problem could be that you have more than 1 color selected on the group, but not sure.

Re: ADJ Element QA

Hi Alastair The Element QA is showing White in the Colour Picker section - it should be Amber as it is an RGBA uplighter. The color picker has the same controls regardless of which fixtures you've added. Tap the RGBW and RGBWAU buttons to the top right to toggle between the different control modes. ...

Re: Freedom Sticks

Hi There

I don't see any fixture names freedom stick, I did just fix a Chauvet 'Freedom Strip RGBA' however. Let me know the brand and model and if possible a link to the user manual.

Re: Freedom Strip Mini RGBA

Hi Steven There was a problem with the way the Amber channel had been set up in the profile. I've corrected it now, re-sync with WTOOLS. Be sure to choose to choose the second item in the list (the name is truncated). I've attached the SSL2 file for Easy View, drop it into the Scan Library folder in...

Re: Martin Rush Wizard

Hi Steven This is quite an unusual fixture with the roll, swivel and rotation but I've improved the profile. Dimmer, shutter, strobe, gobo and color should work fine now. I've fixed the barrel pan but I had to add a change in the firmware for it to map properly, this will be available in the next up...
