Re: Wolfmix W1 MK2 - MIDI

I have just tested it and the combination of CME U2MIDI Pro USB adapter and MIDIFACE II THRU 1×1 works Plug&Play without any problems.

The interface is recognised by VDJ without a driver and WTOOLS no longer needs to be started.

Very compatible solution but of course another 60 € to be invested.

Re: Wolfmix W1 MK2 - MIDI

Then the Miditech 1x1 + the USB adapter cable should also be sufficient, right?

Re: Wolfmix W1 MK2 - MIDI

Thanks for the answer, I need additional hardware. I was using 2 (cheap) Midiface 2x2 Midi Interfaces, one attaches to the computer, the other attaches to the Wolfmix, MIDI runs on cables between the 2 MIDI Interfaces. Which midi hardware was it exactly? (so that I have an example) Simon shows the a...

Re: Wolfmix W1 MK2 - MIDI

The Mini Guides say the following about BPM synchronisation: MIDI Clock Wolfmix effects can be synchronised with the BPM using MIDI clock. There is no setup required on the Wolfmix side. Simply send MIDI clock from your MIDI device, and Wolfmix will read it and sync your effects, as long as the effe...

What changes does the Wolfmix W1 MK2 have?

Hello,

at some retailers, the Wolfmix W1 MK2 will be listed starting mid-November.

The pictures show an additional USB-A (MIDI/MSD) port and the knobs seem to be different.

What changes does the MK2 have compared to the MK1?

Many thanks in Advance for the Information.

Think I'll be ordering one in the next couple of weeks, I'll let you know how I get on with everything!
Hello,

I am also thinking about adding Soundswitch to my Wolfmix.

@ leesinthemix
Did everything work as planned and how exactly did you make the settings?

Re: Showtec Phantom 65 & Phantom 100

Test with current profile and FW 0.6.6 Pink now works correctly with Phantom 65 & 100. The WOLF effect still does not work when the lamp is at 100%, so the brightness has to be turned down a lot for the effect to be visible. The colour UV is not displayed correctly on the Phantom 65, only light ...

Re: Ape Labs Firmware 5.0 New DMX Mode

This should only be a hint, since the fixtures also have the WWW marking.

Then I change the whole thing myself with the Fixture Builder.

Here is the official changelog from Ape Labs, the new firmware is available now.

Re: Look Unique 2.1 (Hazer)

I tested the new feature of FW 0.6.2 today with the Look Unique 2.1 and it works great.

Many thanks to Simon for the implementation, so a few Live Edits are free again for other things. ;)
