Would locking the group stop the BLACKOUT button from applying to the group if in toggle mode?

Brian, I realize it might be a little time consuming but if you could post what the fix was it might help us all as we encounter the same. Reading between the lines it sounds like you might have simply overlooked something but if you overlooked it odds are high that I will too in the future!
