Re: WLink

Hi Dave, Unfortunately this is not possible because the WLINK data is different than DMX data and therefore they can't be sent simultaneously (so a splitter will not work in this way). I'm afraid the only solution to this - if you wanted to use all outputs and faders simultaneously, is to use a W1 M...

Re: Smoke Button

Thanks Alex. I modified a generic one so I’m probably the culprit here! The device is an Equinox VS 1500 Fogger https://www.prolight.co.uk/Catalogue/Products/Special-Effects/Atmospheric/EQLED363 Hi Tom, I have just made a profile for this and made it official, so you can find it on WTOOLS. It is ca...

Re: HOW TO: -Merge presets from another project into the open project.

Hello! To merge presets please follow these steps: - Open the project that you want to import the Presets to. - Go to Setup > Projects > Open. - Select the project you want to copy the Presets from (i.e. the Wolfmix Demo Project). - Turn the second encoder so that it shows 'Presets' under 'PART' - T...

Re: Smoke Button

Hello Tom, Is this a profile you have created yourself or an official one from our library? Usually if the profile has a smoke preset within a smoke channel the Wolfmix should trigger this with the SMOKE button, however if you have an "other" channel within the profile instead it may not r...

Re: Activating my second WMX1

Hello Brian!

Send us a ticket with the serial numbers for both Wolfmix controllers and we'll look at transfering your 3DLINK license so you can use it on both controllers!

Re: Fixtures Behaving Badly.

Hello, What fixtures are you experiencing uncharacteristic behavior with? Or is it all fixtures? Has this happened since you have updated? We've not received any reports of firmware updates causing issues with fixture behavior via our support service, so it may be an issue with the profiles being us...

Re: Feature Request : Setting exact BPM manually with encoders

Hello, Thanks for this suggestion, I can see how this will be useful! The only issue I can see is the problem with syncing the BPM to the music without having an external reference (even with setting the BPM to the same as the music it would have to be aligned to the transients to sync properly etc....

Re: Still no extra Live edit page in 1.2 ?

Hello, We have no plans to increase the number of Live Edits currently, this is indeed due to lack of available memory in the W1 (RAM = short term memory) which is pushed to its capacity. The fixture profiles are stored in a different memory pool (long term memory), so the number of pre-installed fi...

Re: recalling xlite preset patterns

I believe this is because with a Live Edit you are sending values to the channel directly to alter the 'patterns' channel. The GOBO button however scans the profile specifically for a GOBO channel preset which it then derives the corresponding values. Because this fixture does not have a GOBO channe...
