Re: Chauvet Freedom Sticks in the Visualizer

Hello, Thanks for raising this thread! This may be an issue of an outdated fixture being preset on the EasyView library. Please could you try again using the latest updated profile via the steps below: - Download the attached .ssl2 file - Open your computer's file directory - Find the EasyViewConnec...

Re: 3d link add on

Resetting a controller will never remove license add-ons. These are unlocked within the controller, and will remain so unless manually removed by one of the tech support team (which we of course do not go around doing randomly ;) ).

Kind regards,
Will

Re: External Control DMX IN FORCE

Hi Manu, The new update will essentially bring a different approach to how Presets are treated. It is of course possible to use them how they currently are, but with the possibility to include/exclude certain features, you can now think of Presets more like specific command triggers, than wholistic ...

Re: External Control DMX IN FORCE

Hello Manu, I actually believe there might be a solution here in the new Firmware 2.0- please allow me to explain. When saving Presets in the new FW, you will be able to store certain components (specifically Colour, Position and Beam). However- you can also choose not to store any of these at all. ...

Re: Copy desired preset from a project to another

Hi John, Unfortunately this isn't something that will exactly be included in the forthcoming 2.0, that being said- we have already implemented a function which might help you in this case. We added another component to the original solution- whereby you can choose to 'Overwrite', 'Merge', or 'Append...

Re: 3d link add on

Hi Andreas, Thanks for raising this thread! The best idea would be to factory reset/deregister the controller, so that you can register it to your account. The first step is to create a backup of any project(s) you have on your controller. Go to Settings > Save, then save the open project file. The ...

Re: multiple USB MIDI devices?? anyone with experiance??

Hello, Yes- you can indeed use MIDI and DMX input separately. The MIDI input will come from the USB-A port, and the DMX input will come from the XLR port C. DMX input can be used, as @Kevin88 described, to control the Group and Master dimmers- but also you can assign input channels to any other chan...

Re: Questions regarding the 3d Visualizer

Hello! Thanks for raising this thread, I'll try and help you out on each point separately below. 1) There are no 'specs' required, but of course the beam generation can be heavy when you have a lot of fixtures. This can often be improved in a few ways: - Reduce the window size - Go to the Settings s...

Re: multiple USB MIDI devices?? anyone with experiance??

Hello all, The Wolfmix is currently not designed to accept multiple MIDI controllers at once- however we have been testing the upcoming 2.0 update using this MIDI merger-type device: https://www.doremidi.cn/h-pd-92.html This has actually proved successful, once we made a slight change to the MIDI in...

Re: New update coming in February?

Hi Axel, When FW 2.0 is released- it will be available through WTOOLS in the 'Beta Firmware' update section. FW 1.2.5 will of course remain in the 'Official Firmware' option for the duration of the Beta, so you can upgrade/downgrade as needed. It is highly likely that FW 2.x will be in Beta for a lo...
